The key process of production is automated by using international advanced multi-station CNC gun drilling technology and vacuum heat treatment technology in 2001 and the company also expanded another new production line in 2012, which makes all process of production automated from drilling, pressure-reducing, chamfering. The company has 21 sets of four-axis CNC gun-drilling machine tools that equipped with large vertical vacuum furnace for quenching. Our Strength
Shanbao company now has 32 special machine tools for four-axis CNC pellet dies drill -use, 2 special vertical vacuum quenching furnace for large pellet dies, 2 iron beds of CNC station, 5 control presses, 4 forging presses, 120 sets of various general machines and 15 professional inspection equipment. The company also has the domestic leading and perfect particle machine ring die production line, and has developed the special automatic equipment for the key process of ring die hole drilling, to achieve the scale and automation of ring die processing.
